Daniel Anthony Coronado, 19, born on April 11th, 1990 was taken from his family and friends on May 8th, 2009. Daniel graduated from Temescal Canyon High School in 2008. He lived in Corona with his family and was scheduled to start Junior College in June.
You could always find Daniel with a smile on his face. He was friendly to everyone and had an easygoing spirit. He was always enjoying life. He had many interests. He especially loved paintball. He spent his weekends teaching and playing paintball. He also had a passion for WWII History, enjoyed fishing, snowboarding, golf and tennis.
Something that set Daniel apart from other teenage boys was how he was a loving and dedicated big brother to his little sister Ashley. Daniel didn’t mind hanging out with his little sister. He could be seen happily walking her to and from school. He taught her how to play tennis, pool and many other games after school and during their summers together at the neighborhood clubhouse.
Daniel’s friendly and easygoing spirit also made him a magnet for children. You could always find him helping younger children or wrestling around with them. If you heard children giggling and having a good time, you knew he was with them.
He was also always helpful to his parents and family, whether it was hanging Christmas lights, hiding Easter eggs for the children’s Easter Egg Hunt, babysitting his niece or just running errands.
It wasn’t hard to see Daniel’s love for his family, and their love for him. All you had to do was look in his room. Daniel always had photos and mementos of his loved ones surrounding him.
Daniel was a loving son, grandson, brother, nephew, cousin, uncle and friend. We will all miss him dearly.
